Business User & Administrator Guide

Welcome to the Business M Operations Portal documentation. This section is designed specifically for business users, warehouse managers, finance directors, and tenant administrators who manage the day-to-day operations of the suite.

No coding or programming knowledge is required to use this portal!


Business M organizes your workflows into self-contained operational modules:

  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor stock levels across all warehouse zones in real-time.
  • Supplier Portal: Coordinate product onboarding, outlet lifecycles, and purchase orders.
  • Outlet Lifecycles: Manage outlet openings, inventory replenishment rules, and supply chains.
  • General Ledger (GL): Track all transactions, journal entries, and ledger histories automatically.
  • Bills & Payments: Securely submit purchase invoices, register payment entries, and reconcile bank accounts.
  • Budgeting & Claims: Establish budgets per division and process reimbursement claims.

If you are a Tenant Administrator or System Manager, you have access to general system settings:

You can configure language translations tailored specifically to your tenant:

  • Localized Vocabulary: Use your own terminology (e.g., healthcare tenants can automatically rename “Customers” to “Patients”).
  • Locale Preferences: Define regional settings (e.g., Hindi, Tamil, Spanish) that apply dynamically based on user context.

Configure theme parameters directly from the Admin Panel to customize variables like custom logos, sidebar widths, and default navigation layouts to match your company’s identity.
